Little General Stores Supports Children’s Home Society of WV
In June 2025, we attended the grand opening of the new Matthew Pack Children’s Home in Beckley.
When it comes to the holidays, being able to save some time (we’re looking at you, last-minute shoppers) and money can make this season a little less stressful. Think about it — wouldn’t it be easier to make a single stop for all of your stocking stuffers? If you said, “Yes!” Well, then, you’re in luck! Our Little General Stores locations have what you need. Here are just a few of our favorites that we think folks wouldn’t mind finding in their stockings this Christmas.
Reese’s Peanut Butter Trees, Holiday Hershey’s, red and green M&Ms — pretty much all of your favorite candies come with seasonal varieties, and we keep them stocked! Add a little sweet treat to someone’s stocking this year.
Sticks or slices, with cheese or without, the holidays aren’t complete without a little taste of “home.” Include one of these state staples from Roger and Mazza’s Italian Bakery or Pepoli’s in a stocking and support West Virginia-made while you’re at it!
Do you know someone who enjoys the outdoors? Or just likes a portable, protein-packed snack? With all of its varieties, jerky is a great option for pretty much anyone, and a bag or few sticks can easily be slipped into a stocking.
Are you overwhelmed by all of the options? Just can’t decide what to get? Give the gift of food and fuel all in one with an LG gift card! You choose the amount, they choose how they want to spend it! Who wouldn’t want to find one of these in their stocking?
We also highly recommend gift cards and items from our food partners: Arby’s, Burger King, Dunkin’, Godfather’s Pizza, Steak Escape, Subway and Taco Bell.
