This year, our team at LG Stores is honored to virtually present the annual Bob Huggins Fish Fry on Feb. 26, 2021 at 7 p.m. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Norma Mae Huggins Endowment at the West Virginia University Cancer Institute and the Remember the Miners’ Flagship Scholars Program.
Over the years, this event, historically hosted in-person, has become a beloved celebration for friends and supporters to gather with West Virginia University’s Men’s Basketball Head Coach Bob Huggins as they raise funds for two causes that are near and dear to Coach Huggins’ heart. At LG Stores, it was critical to us that fundraising continued for two of our state’s most important causes, which is why we’re offering an exclusive virtual experience.
This year’s event will feature several notable guests, including Dave Portnoy, the founder and president of Barstool Sports, ESPN analyst Fran Fraschilla, and WVU Sports Hall of Famer, Da’sean Butler. Bidding for the annual silent auction containing autographed WVU sports apparel and memorabilia and other sought-after items is also currently underway.
Tickets for this year’s event are available for $125 each for standard and $60 for students. All tickets include the livestream link, an exclusive 2021 Bob Huggins Fish Fry t-shirt and sticker, and a Remember the Miners magnet. To register as an event sponsor, click here.
